There are certain numbers that are luckier than others, and they tend to accompany El Gordo de Navidad on many occasions.
The one that tops the list is 5, and it is that up to 32 times the first prize has finished in this figure, so the tenths finished in 05, 15, 25, 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, 85 and 95 tend to run out very quickly.

The most repeated two-digit endings in El Gordo
But if instead of focusing on the last digit, we focus on the last two, we find that the most awarded was 85, being the completion of El Gordo in 7 times. Followed by 57 with six times the 75 and the 64, with a total of five times, and the 58, 40 and 95 with 4 times awarded in El Gordo.
Luck is capricious and you never know which way it will take, another of the curiosities that we find when we look at the winning endings in the Christmas Draw are the tenths finished in three equal digits. So we find the numbers 25444, 25888, 35999 and 55666, as winners of El Gordo.
