One more year Lotteries and State Bets has made public the Program of Prizes for the Extraordinary Christmas Draw to be held next Thursday, December 22, 2022 and that this year comes loaded with news.
As we all know the christmas raffle is the draw that more prizes distributed with 70% of the initial issue destined to the payment of prizes.
The main novelty of the 2022 Christmas draw is that 180 series of €200 have been issued for each five-digit number.
This translates into an initial emission of nothing more and nothing less than…. 3.600 billion euros! As we have commented previously, if the amount allocated to prizes is 70% of the initial issue, the amount allocated to prizes this Christmas is 2.520 million euros!
But how are all these prizes distributed?
The Christmas Raffle is one of the raffles that distributes the most, since it is not only about the first prize, but there are countless intermediate prizes whose number is not negligible and are distributed as follows:
A 1st prize: €400.000 to the tenth for the number that wins the first prize.
A 2nd prize: €125.000 to the tenth for the number that wins the second prize.
A 3st prize: €50.000 to the tenth for the third prize.
Two 4th prizes: €20.000 for the two winning numbers with the fourth prize.
Eight 5th prizes: €6.000 for the eight winning numbers with the fifth prize.
1794 Stones: €100 per tenth for the 1.794 stones.

First prize: €2.000 per tenth to the numbers that are close to the first prize, both above and below.
Second prize: €1.250 per tenth for the numbers that are close to the second prize.
Third award: €960 per tenth for approaches to the third prize.

Hundreds of first prize: €100 per tenth for the first prize hundreds.
Second Prize Hundreds: €100 per tenth for the hundreds of the second prize.
Hundreds of third prize: €100 per tenth for the hundreds of the third prize.
Fourth Prize Hundreds: €100 per tenth for the hundreds of the two fourth prizes.
Terminations:
First prize: €100 for the numbers whose last two figures coincide with those of the first prize.
Second prize: €100 for the numbers whose last two figures coincide with those of the second prize.
Third award: €100 for the numbers whose last two figures coincide with those of the third prize.
Refund: €20 per tenth for those numbers whose last figure coincides with that of the winning number with the first prize.
Altogether, for the Christmas Lottery Jackpot, Lotteries distribute 15.304 prizes, which means that just over 1 out of every 10 tenths has a “hidden” prize inside. Will it be your turn this year?
